Through this document, Allvet and Zeus Solution E.I.R.L., identified with RUC No. 20611207795, located at Calle Viscaya 121 Urb. Mayorazgo 2da. Etapa - Ate (hereinafter "Allvet Perú"), makes available to users its Privacy Policy, which is in harmony with the current regulations on Personal Data protection (Law No. 29733 and Supreme Decree 003-2013-JUS).
Below, we outline the purposes for processing the information you have provided on our Website - www.allvetperu.com, who are responsible for processing it, the storage time in our Databases, security measures, and the means to exercise your rights as the holder of Personal Data.
What information do we collect?

Regarding the personal data of our Customers: name and surname, national identity document, RUC, passport, alien registration card, telephone, email, address, image, voice, signature, electronic signature, marital status, date of birth, nationality, sex, profession, age, academic data, credit cards, membership in clubs or associations, hobbies, and personal habits.
Regarding the personal data of our Marketing Users: name and surname, national identity document, RUC, passport, alien registration card, telephone, email, address, voice, signature, electronic signature, date of birth, sex, and age.
Regarding the personal data of Applicants: name and surname, national identity document, passport, alien registration card, telephone, email, address, image, signature, marital status, date of birth, nationality, sex, profession, age, academic data, and contact person data.
Regarding the Data of Complaints and Claims: name and surname, national identity document, RUC, passport, alien registration card, telephone, email, address, signature, and nationality.
This information will be collected through virtual forms, physical forms, public and private access sources.
The aforementioned personal data will be stored in databases called "Customers," "Marketing Users," "Applicants," and "Complaints and Claims" for the period indicated in each privacy notice or consent. It should be noted that our databases are duly registered with the General Directorate of Personal Data Protection, as required by current regulations.
How do we protect your information?
Allvet Perú has adopted all necessary technical, legal, and organizational measures to ensure the security and proper processing of your personal data; as well as to prevent any improper manipulation, accidental loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties. We inform you that your information will not be commercialized, transferred, or shared without your authorization and for purposes other than those described below.
For what purpose do we use your information?
The personal data you provide will be used for the following purposes:
Regarding the personal data of our Customers:
- To process the purchase made under the consumer contract signed with Allvet Perú.
- To establish a communication channel with Allvet Perú to inform you about the shipment of the purchased product or other conditions related to the ongoing contractual relationship with Allvet Perú.
- To verify your information at the time of delivery to confirm your ownership.
- To obtain information from public and private access sources for profiling purposes.
Regarding the personal data of our Applicants:
- To participate in the recruitment process for available company positions.
- To conduct the necessary exams proportional to the position being applied for.
- To verify the information and background provided by the applicant through public and private access sources.
- To keep a record of applicants for statistical and historical purposes.
Regarding the Data of Complaints and Claims:
- To establish a means of communication to respond to management requests, complaints, and claims registered by the user and/or consumer.
- To keep a record of people who file complaints and claims through the Claims Book to comply with consumer protection regulations.
Who has access to your information?
You authorize us to share and entrust the processing of your personal information with third parties who provide services to improve our activities. In these cases, we will ensure that the processing of your data is limited to the authorized purposes, maintaining confidentiality and implementing appropriate security measures.

How can you exercise your rights as the holder of Personal Data?
Allvet Perú recognizes and guarantees the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, suppression or cancellation, opposition, information, or revocation that by law you are entitled to. To exercise these rights, you must submit a request to the following email address: contacto@allvetperu.com, indicating "ARCO Rights" in the subject. If you consider that your request has not been addressed, you can file a claim with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, by contacting the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights located at Calle Scipión Llona No. 350, Miraflores, Lima, Peru.
